Ft Cobb tournament permits were assigned to the Sunset / Marina / Golf Course ramp

An error was made on the lake for the September 8th tournament. The correct lake is Foss
The championship tournament lake changed to the second voted for lake (Murray) because Eufaula was not available on the voted for dates
